Processing & Shipping Time

• PRE-ORDERS Will take 20-23 days.
  
• All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once processed, orders are shipped and typically arrive within:
  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by location and customs processing)
• High order volume, holidays, or unforeseen delays may impact shipping times.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
• We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Tracking & Order Updates

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

International Orders & Customs

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
